Stylez G. White finds a home

Stiles

Stylez G. White signed with the Vikings on Monday, joining his second team since changing his name from Greg.

Hopefully this sequel is more successful than Teen Wolf Too.  (Yes, it was “too.”)

White adds depth to the team’s defensive end group, and replaces guard Scott Kooistra on the roster.  Kooistra was placed on injured reserve Monday, only a few days after starting at right guard in Minnesota’s preseason contest against the Seahawks.

    Ahhh Teen Wolf Too….

The movie that killed and buried Jason Bateman’s career, only to have it dug up and humped back to life by Arrested Development.

Not sure how this move makes sense. They have lots of depth already with Jared Allen, Brian Robinson, Everson Griffin, Adrian Awasom (who has been a stud in preseason), and D’Aundre Reed.

Is one of those guys hurt or something?

Coincidentally, today is the 26th anniversary of the release of Teen Wolf. The KFAN morning show had Stylez on this morning to celebrate. Man, I hope he makes the team. Who cares if he can play?

“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.”
