Tom Curran joined PFT Live on Monday, which gave us the chance to hold an official State of the (Tom) Brady address.
Brady’s training camp hasn’t received a lot of attention, but Curran says Brady is playing with more urgency and precision at age 34 than ever before. It raises the question: Will Chad Ochocinco become one of his trusted receivers in time for the season?
I also asked Curran something that’s been on my mind lately. Brady should go down as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, and yet you don’t get the sense he’s that loved in New England.
He is Ted Williams in his prime, but Brady oddly seems taken for granted. Curran traces it back to Brady shaving his arm pits. Of course.
