Arrested in February for Operating While Intoxicated, Raiders running back Michael Bush said Thursday that charges against him have been dropped.
“It’s a relief,” Bush told CSNCalifornia. “I just want it out there.”
An official from Clark County would not confirm exactly what happened in Bush’s but it’s possible Bush took a lesser charge as a first-time offender, typically public intoxication.

Yeah … not trying to be facetious, but operating? Did the patient live? (Okay, maybe I’m being a little facetious.) I guess DUI is not the universal name for this offense … assuming the offense was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
