The long-rumored reunion between the Rams and wide receiver Mark Clayton has happened at a very interesting time.
The team announced they signed Clayton just days before they have to reduce their roster to 53. (They also signed defensive tackle Marlon Favorite and placed cornerback Jerome Murphy on injured reserve.)
We’ll be curious to see if Clayton practices right away. Once he practices, he would not be eligible for the PUP list.
If Clayton is ready for the start of the season, a decent receiver or two is going to get cut.
