  2. Pretty sad when it is a story when a 6 year veteran like Alex Smith,who was the #1 overall player taken in the 2005 draft, has a hard time beating out a raw rookie like Colin Kaepernick. Alex is a backup quality QB in the NFL,if he improves that is. And Kaepernick will EASILY put Alex on the bench the instant Kaepernick is deemed NFL ready by Jim Harbaugh. The sooner the better !!! And Harbaugh can’t wait,since he has now seen what a failure Alex really is.

  3. I really don’t think there was a close competition. I honestly believe that Alex Smith will finally show he is a decent. With everything in play, he better prove his worth, or I will finally get off the wagon and pray he is shipped out of town.
