The one cut that is a minor shock is Josh Thomas. I know he was having a decent camp early on, but maybe he tailed off.

It sounded like he was showing some promise in an area of GREAT NEED.

Here’s hoping the ‘Boys find a CB among the other cuts. There’s a lot of good players ‘on the street’ today.

(not only a CB, but I hope they find a safety too!)

Olshansky is no surprise……they need to get younger and cheaper on the D-line.

In spite of missing the block last year, Grownkowski did some good things…..he’ll end up somewhere.

Owusu-Ansah was a surprise, but I’m not sure he developed enough to become a safety. My fear is that he may become another Abe Elam. The ‘Boys cut Elam a few years ago and he wound up becoming a starter.

Agrigshow — Owusu-Ansah is a great athlete, but he never really showed up in games – both at safety and at special teams. There were undrafted players that played better than him, so they let him go. He has the athletic ability, but they weren’t willing to wait any longer. Probably the lockout hurt his chances with no progress in the offseason.
