Smith had tweeted “Hot and sunny out at 94′s paradise ranch cowboy boots ninja mask and speedo’s.” Fort Bend Sheriff’s Office said the victim was an adult male.

Houston Chronicle reports it was a 37 yr-old male victim. So, not likely a football player, not Antonio’s son. Very sad indeed.

Was everyone so drunk they didn’t notice a dead body? Or at least go over and say “you alright” before the unconcious man slips into the pool?
