Speaking as a Giants fan, Derrick Ward is more than capable of handling 20-25 carries at home. Look at his 2008 stats if you’re at all skeptical: 5.6 YPC, over 1,000 yards on only 182 carries, 41 catches for almost 400 yards… trust me, the guy can handle Indy for a week.

And for all of you fantasy fans that drafted Foster and didn’t grab Ward, you obviously didn’t plan ahead. A nagging hamstring injury is no joke. Although Tate has a ton of potential, Ward’s a seasoned veteran who knows how to run, catch, and pass protect. Tate’s still never played one down in a regular season NFL game.
