Getty ImagesArian Foster’s return to the Texans lineup didn’t last very long.
Foster ran 10 times for 33 yards in first half, but the Texans came back from the break featuring Ben Tate and Steve Slaton as their running backs. The answer for the shift in focus came during the third quarter when the team announced Foster had reinjured his hamstring. He’s being called questionable to return, but the idea that they’d risk a further injury at this point seems very unlikely.
The Texans offense has been much less successful in the second half. They’ve gained just 14 yards and the Dolphins have scored 10 unanswered points to close the gap to 16-13 at the start of the fourth quarter.

No more frolicking for that man!
How’s that bright idea to play out your minimum 500k rookie contract seem now after leading the entire NFL in rushing yards last year? Dude has lost MILLIONS!
A guy gets injured, comes back to soon and makes the injury worse. Who didn’t see this coming?
one year wonder. should have cashed in on a new contract when he had the chance! IDIOT!
Screw Ben Tate, hit up Westbrook or Willie Parker
Who told him to come back so soon? That x-ray looked like 4-6 weeks to me.
Can we see the MRI please.
Game time (wrong) decision.

So when CJ holds out he is a greedy prick? And when Foster plays out his contract he is an idiot?
Can’t win with some people.
Dear Arianne,
Thanks for ruining my fantasy team you wuss.
I thought you were the real deal. Turns out you are just an injury prone one year wonder.
I hope Ben Tate takes your job for good.
How very unawesome for him.
BEN TATE = Fantasy Stud?
I guess all of those “stupid” doctors who commented on Arain’s MRI photo weren’t too far off base.

Chris Johnson got 2,000 yards that season, but he had a bad average per touch. He was over-rated too. But the point is to get what you can before you play past your prime. Foster should have gone for the money. He was a free agent RB- their shelf life is 30. He’s 25 now and is already having an injury-filled year. SHOULD HAVE CASHED OUT!!!
This is why you don’t crown someone “The Best” after just one season; yet it appens all the time.
@ Mr. Wright- What are you a doctor? LMFAO!!! Thanks for giving us a 2nd opinion on that x-ray!!
