As a Minnesota Viking fan I’d say its a tough break for the guy, that secondary is already statisticly dead last in the NFL.

And is that Tramon Williams injured too? Viking fans have seen our own great offenses go up and down the field, and then watch the secondary get destroyed up and down the field as the other team plays catch up.

Are you serious? Please tell me why in the hell the Packers would take their only healthy good cornerback and move him to safety? If Tramon Williams is still not healthy and the Packers move Woodson to safety, they are basically stuck with Sam Shields and Jarrett Bush as their starting CBs. Shields is good but Bush is far from a starting caliber player.

Hopefully he can recover from this and return for a couple more seasons, GET WELL NICK!!!!!!!

There’s football suffering where players are upset, fans are cranky for a few days, and it feels like a wasted season, but at the end of the day life goes on. Then there’s real suffering where guys can’t walk, or play with their kids, or live a normal life. It’s always wrong to root for the latter no matter what team you like.

Anyway, hopefully Nick didn’t suffer any permanant damage and they are just being cautious with him. He will be missed on and off the field this season.
