It does talk about an uplifting of the economic outlook and Buffalo popping up on ‘best places to live’ lists (I haven’t seen those anywhere, so why don’t you find them Stan? If they exist at all outside of Erie County), but it, in fact, supports a key point of mine.

And that would be the revenue point. As has been noted Forbes states the Bills are at the bottom of the revenue charts and this article credits revenue sharing as source of a ‘great chunk’ of the Bills revenue. So without shared revenue, the team wouldn’t be as profitable? Interesting. Wow, I wonder how much more the team could make if it had a market where sharing wouldn’t be considered as a ‘great chunk’?

And it does discuss the great support the fans give the team, which I agree exists, but beyond that it doesn’t crush anything.

BTW: This morning Yahoo has a very positive article about the Bills. But it still doesn’t remove them from the list of teams that may move to LA.

In fact the article even says, “Much of America sees the team’s owner Ralph Wilson is 92 years old without a succession plan upon his death and it figures the franchise might head to Los Angeles or Toronto, where it plays one regular season game annually as part of a five-year agreement that ends in 2012.”
