First, they do not have the personnel to run this defense… second, this defensive scheme SUCKS.. wide-9? Who else in the league runs this and is SUCCESSFUL?

You give up the middle at the LOS and just get shredded.

Plus, I’m still not sold on Castillo as a D Coordinator…. He should’ve known that he doesnt have the personal for this gimmick defense and should be playing a more traditional 4-3 defense and cover up your LB’s. Give them a chance to utilize their speed by not having to go man up with the O line.

It’s week 3 people, the Eagles have the best team in the nfc east will finish a min. of 10-6. they will get this poor start figured out, because this is the way they start every year. they lost the Falcon game because of the Vick concussion, they lost the Giant game because they didn’t realize the giants were still playing that 2010 game.(the 8-8 giants by the way. and please stop the Stewart Bradley stuff the guy can’t get on the field in arizona.

but the ‘truth” is, besides Reid ..
the Eagles actually have some good coaches.

this is why ..they rid themselves of Reid’s lower draft picks. (injured players looking to get healthy).

plenty of 2012 draft selections and salary cap space.

that’s why the Eagles wanted DRC and the 2nd round pick … Assante is going to bring some extra picks too.

I am so happy the Browns did not pull the trigger on Mathews in the draft. There was talk (Mayock) that he might have been free agent. Some how he was drafted.

Brian Rolle is undersized, but he can cover WR and TE.

They should give Jaiquawn Jarrett a shot at safety if Nate Allen is still struggling from his injury last season. I’d love to see what the kid can do, he was a beast at TU.
