For the dense buffoons who are stating Kerrigan did not “show up” in Dallas.

You might recall when he knocked the ball out of Tony Romo’s hand in the pocket (as he was being held) for one. That is called a forced fumble and can be a game altering play if the ball takes a different bounce.

He was credited for better than average coverage on Witten (an all-pro TE). I would not expect for Kerrigan to cover him at all given the fact that he is still experiencing growing pains in his responsibility as a OLB.

I also recall him getting credited for the sack after Dallas’ trigger happy center snapped the ball 10 yards behind Romo. This play resulted in a 3rd and 21.

Ultimately Dallas converted – but to say he did not show up is a farce.

This is a well deserved award.

Where were orakpo and this kid in Dallas monday night? Did they play?

Yes actually they did play. Orakpo got hurt however. You probably went to bed early and didn't watch the game.

A lot of talking for a team that needed a miracle 3rd down and 10 different fumbles to bounce right into Romo's hands to win.

What makes Kerrigan awesome is his motor. He just goes and goes and goes. His stamina is unreal.

Find me a play where that kid is walking or half-trotting. You cant. At least 5 times a game, he comes out of nowhere to make a play purely based on hussle. Guy's like the Energizer Bunny on rocket fuel.

We'll see if he can keep it up all year (or all career). But damn....he's something special.
