Eagles coach Andy Reid said this week that Vince Young is fully healthy once again. That should be enough to make Young the team’s backup quarterback.

Well, that and the two interceptions Mike Kafka threw in limited work against the Giants last week.

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer wrote that Y0ung will be Michael Vick’s “likely replacement” if Vick can’t finish four quarters for the third straight week on Sunday.

If we see Young play and the 49ers line really doesn’t “suck” perhaps Florio’s 49ers upset prediction will prove clairvoyant.
