Dez Bryant, Laurent Robinson will start for Cowboys

Dez Bryant, Isiah Trufant AP

Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant is active and ready to go today against the Lions.

Bryant had been listed as questionable with the thigh injury he suffered in Week One, but Werder reports that Bryant has improved dramatically in the last few days and is much closer to 100 percent than he was on Monday night against the Redskins.

The Cowboys’ other usual starter, Miles Austin, was already declared out with a hamstring injury. ESPN’s Ed Werder reports that Laurent Robinson has moved ahead of Kevin Ogletree on the depth chart, and Robinson will be the Cowboys’ other starting receiver.

That’s a pretty good reciever group, one would think that both of them are better then Megatron….

Jerry would let Irvin, Emmitt, and all his stars play this act during the week. Remember Jimmy Johnson saying he’d treat you better on Wedensday and Thursday if you made plays on Sunday?

Play what act? Oh, you’re saying that those guys would miss practice during the week and be fine on sunday?

I hope the Cowboys win. Honestly though I do not think they stand a chance. They will be lucky to get through this game with their QB in one piece.

HOLLEY. Jerry Jones is a moron. Jesse Holley proved to be cool under pressure against the 49ers, and he is still being buried on the depth chart. He should be over Ogletree, and I would speculate over Laurent Robinson as well, though it’s early to judge Robinson’s value to the Cowboys with his limited play.

Can the Cowboys score a TD today against a much stronger D than they faced last Monday?

Can Terrence Newman cover Calvin Johnson?

Can Dez Make more than 4 receptions today and if not can we please stop hyping him up as if he`s Jerry Rice!!!

Can Romo lead his team to the end zone today? And if not Can we please stop hyping him up as if he`s Johnny Unitas

Can Dallas O Line stop Suh & Co.?

Dont get me wrong guys but 255 yds passing and 3 fumbles and an INT is not great so please stop with all of the hype!

I know Dallas won the game last Monday night but some of you guys act as if they blew the Redskins out 28 to 0 and I`m not impressed!

Laurent Robinson was the 6th best receiver on the receiver-needy Rams last season. Oh yeah, glad to see the Rams had so many receivers better than Megatron last season. So, as of right now, he’s what, 15th best?

He’s got 3 catches for 67 yards so far. Maybe it’s your QB.
