The assembly of the Dream Team included the signing of former Dolphins running back and Wildcat quarterback, Ronnie Brown. Through three weeks, however, Brown had only 23 yards on 10 carries.

He has two attempts for 12 yards so far on Sunday, but one of those carries included a bizarre decision to reprise one of his Wildcat maneuvers while being tackled near the goal line after getting a headache.

Brown apparently tried to throw a pass to fullback Owen Schmitt, while being dragged down in the middle of the line. The ball hit the ground and the 49ers recovered. Philly challenged the ruling, hoping that it would be called an incomplete pass.

The call was upheld.

The Eagles could near more of Brown in the second half. Starting running back LeSean McCoy has an apparent injury. His status currently isn’t known.

The Eagles lead late in the second quarter, 13-3.

UPDATE 2:41 p.m. ET: McCoy is fine, as evidenced by a touchdown he scored to push the score to 20-3.
