Rergarding the Ngata hit. I agree that he should not have led with the helmet and should incure a fine. I don’t want that happening to Flacco.
I’m not so sure I agree with allowing the officials to tack on a penalty when reviewing a play. I can see this really causing a lot of problems. If the officials don’t catch it in real time but they are reviewing a play for other reasons, stick to those other reasons.
