Mario Williams may have torn pectoral muscle

The Texans will be without receiver Andre Johnson for a while, with a hamstring injury suffered last week. They could be without linebacker Mario Williams even longer.

Peter King of Sports Illustrated reported during NBC’s Football Night in America that Williams may have a torn pectoral muscle.

Williams, who escaped serious injury a couple of weeks ago, will undergo an MRI to determine the extent of the injury.

The only good news for the Texans is that every other team in the division lost today. Without Johnson and Williams, however, it could be a challenge for the Texans to hold off the Titans.
