John Boyle of the Everett Herald reports that the Seahawks have claimed running back Allen Bradford off waivers from the Buccaneers.

Bradford, a sixth-round pick in April’s draft, is a 5-foot-11, 242-pound power back prospect from USC. He was recruited by and played for Seahawks coach Pete Carroll with the Trojans.

Bradford spent the first five weeks of the season on Tampa Bay’s 53-man roster, seeing action in Week Five after LeGarrette Blount’s knee injury. The rookie gained 13 yards on five carries.

In Seattle, Bradford figures to be fourth on the tailback depth chart behind Marshawn Lynch, Justin Forsett, and Leon Washington.
