Niners, Titans in play for Lloyd, too

Broncos 49ers Football AP

Though the Rams have emerged as the favorites to land receiver Brandon Lloyd from the Broncos, two more teams officially are in the fray, according to the FOX and CBS pregame shows.

Jay Glazer of FOX has added the 49ers to the mix, and Charley Casserly of CBS has pegged the Titans.

That puts the list of potential suitors up to four, with the Rams and Pats involved, too.

The Rams are believed to be the favorites to get Lloyd, given the presence of Lloyd’s former head coach, Josh McDaniels, who got far more out of Lloyd than anyone else.

i wouldnt mind giving up a 3rd rounder to bring back Brandon Lloyd. Lloyd is easily 1 of the top 5 underrated receivers in the NFL.

Niners should have never let him go in the 1st place.

hes a great WR for a west coast offense. he would come in and fortify a solid WR corps for SF.

Go get him Titans, would be a great pick up to help fill the void of Britts absence!

If the Pats were involved, you wouldn’t know about it.
