As Ross Tucker of College Football Talk on VERSUS (5:00 p.m. ET) pointed out in the green room at the studio, it’d also be interesting to know whether Garrard signed the document standard verifying that he was healthy when released. “My guess would be that he did,” Tucker said, “because if he didn’t we would have heard about that.”
