these aren’t fans from GB;they’re locals. went to the carolina game- about 40% pack fans; the panther fans thought we had all come from wisconsin. LOL! – it’s the packer nation baby! can’t get into a GB home game, so we travel and fill the stadiums where they can’t sell out.

As a Chargers fan, I want to apologize in advances to the 45,000 Packers fans who will be in attendance for this game.

1) For making you endure the hell hole that is Jack Murphy stadium for 4 hours (I will NOT call it Qualcomm)

and

2) For making you watch Shaun Phillips tear Aaron Rodgers’ ACL and ending his career.

But you’re welcome to enjoy our beach and stare at our beautiful women for a couple days before heading back to the tundra.

I am sure the majority of tickets were scooped up by brokers, and add in the bandwagoners along with the travelling fans looking to escape the arctic, and those guys will make a profit.

No surprise the Raiders Nation doesn’t travel well, even the old La fans…visiting stadiums don’t have enough cheap brand beer or motorcycle parking for their needs. Of course, that applies to Raiders fans not currently restricted by the state to stay within their county.

That is great but what where you doing before 2002? Packers haven’t had a game not sell out since well as far as just about anyone can remember. Everyone one of the current season ticket holders could drop dead and there still would be a waiting list.

I agree that Packer fans will represent very well at this game – we always do.

But asking prices for tickets on the secondary market are ridiculous! If you look at any of the websites that offer them and compare the tickets for the Packer game vs. any other remaining game on San Diego’s schedule and the prices are at least $200 more per seat. I don’t know what the regular price is, but people with nosebleed seats for this game are asking $200+. I saw a guy offering his season-ticket seats for face value for every game EXCEPT the Packer game.

They know we’re coming…

I’m sure tons of Packer fans have planned vacations to SD. Luckily the Bolts made it so they had to buy multiple tickets. I’m guessing it will be the closest to %50 the other team since 2002 Raiders game. I’m going to guess %45 Packer fans there.

Don’t tell me other games were even close to %50. I’ve been going to games with my season tickets for years, including the Raiders game. TV cameras point right at the crap seats behind the opponents bench where other fans congregate to get near their team not knowing the players are fully in your way.
