Friday’s “Top 5″ as inspired by Rex Ryan

Last night, I put out a call for ideas for Friday’s edition of NBC SportsTalk, during which Peter King and I present a five-item list and then discuss it.

A reader made a tongue-in-cheek suggestion that we list the five teams with which Rex Ryan would have won a Super Bowl for now.  And we liked it.  So we used it.

And here it is.

    All by himself? Without players? Well, ok, maybe, since he takes up the space of a defensive line all by himself.

    I think a “toe in cheek” comment would be more accurate for Rexy.

    I heard twelve men in the huddle….the Ryan brothers must love doing that. By the way, Rex Ryan is equivalent to 12 people weightwise
