APThe Steelers might not have Hines Ward’s dancing feet to help them hold off the Cardinals for the rest of the second half.
Ward was carted off the field to the locker room in the third quarter of Sunday’s game in Arizona. He hurt one of his aforementioned feet on the team’s first offensive series of the third quarter, a series that ended with a pass from Ben Roethlisberger to Ward falling incomplete thanks to a good play by Cardinals safety Adrian Wilson.
Wilson hit Ward as he was trying to reel in the pass, although there’s no word on if the injury happened on that play.
The Cards cut the Steelers lead to 17-14 on a short pass from Kevin Kolb to LaRod Stephens-Howling that the scatback turned into a 73-yard touchdown.

Fans at University of Phoenix Stadium were relieved to find out that Ward was not behind the wheel at the time.
I wonder if this is the hit that will finally wipe that smile off that smug face once and for all.
Hope he wasn’t driving the cart… he might get a DWI on his way to the x-ray machine.
Stillers struggle with inferior teams and fake their injury reports.
hope all is well with HINES WARD.
He could have hitched a ride off the field on the back of Roethlisberger’s motorcycle, wait that wouldn’t have ended well either
Moving on to the bad news….
So much for the dancing career.
Better keep his day job.
I bet he wasn’t smiling then, I wish I could’ve seen it though. Oh well, I’ll look it up on YouTube and post it on my FB page. Go RAVENS!!
I hear CBS is looking for someone to take Andy Rooney’s place on “60 Minutes”.
I think old “Whines Hard” would be perfect for the job.
In fact, I doubt many people could tell the difference between him and Andy…

You’re an embarrassment to Raven fans.
Actually that “good play” by Adrian Wilson was illegal. He launched, led with his crown, and hit Ward in his helmet before Ward had a chance to gain possession and make a football move.
Ordinarily, I would agree that Wilson made a good play to stop that pass, but it kind of makes me wonder what would have happened if it was Dunta Robinson, Brandon Meriweather or James Harrison who had broken up a pass like that.
I think we all know the answer…
