Just proves once again how unbelievebly stupid Donkey fan is…they will blindly follow
this guy, thinking he can continue to do this week after week.

It was the Dolphins you idiots…and it was only 15 points for Tebow’s sake. What is your
savior going to do when he is down 30 points with 4 minutes to play?

They will simply gloss over the first 57 minutes of incompetence and only focus on 3
minutes of Dolphin coaching stupidity. Donkey fans are complete and utter fools.

I can accept an evaluation of performance, but not a needless, biased attempt to trash an underdog (in hindsight). That is a sorry way to evaluate.

Im not in on Tebow mania, I am just surprised at the unprofessional-ism of this pftblog writer with posts like this- and the overarching attempt to take away a win from the broncos over the dolphins. IT HAPPENED. I will also be spotted pulling for Carson Palmer to succeed in Oakland, for the Bills to put up a winning season, for Colt McCoy/Gabbert/and any other rookie QB to succeed.

Since the Broncos went 6-0 in 2009 with Kyle Orton at QB the broncos defense has given up the second most points per game in the league at 28 ppg .

They held the Dolphins to 15 points.

You know, no matter how many times y’all spam us with the bogus “…they said he’d never…” list,
it won’t make it true.

“They” weren’t saying all those things: you folks made them up later as a list of magical hurdles that you can pretend Timmy overcame.

No, “they said” he wasn’t an NFL level QB, and
now he’s in a position to test that. You’re impressed that he (with the assistance of an on-side kick) got an overtime win against a horrible Dolphin team. Fine. If you think that proves TT will be successful in the NFL, swell. I don’t “hate” Tebow, I’m just sick of hearing 20x as much about one guy with no NFL resume, than the next 20 QBs combined, who actually HAVE a record of NFL success.

I didn’t mind Tebow one way or the other before. But after FOUR Tebow segments on First Take this morning, I officially hate him and hope he fails miserably. I also won’t watch that show anymore after being a viewer for several years.

You like football? Maybe you should watch some so that you can get a clue! Stats don’t win games, points do and Tebow puts points on the board. Here are the facts: Tebow has won %50 of his starts. Two of them have been 15 point 4th-quarter comebacks (More than Elway had). On 80 and 56 yard td drives only 4 runs the rest were clutch passes. The pass to the TE Fells into triple coverage is a throw that only Manning and Brady usually make. Get yourself NFL Rewind, watch it again, watch more football.

Its to bad some of u football fans dont know one damned thing about football. Timbow was sacked 6 times, he didnt stand in the pocket waiting for it to happeded. His offensive line bares some of the problems Tim had. The biggest, best thing Tim has going for him is that he plays his heart out. He never quits, he never loafs, like so many pros do in this era NFL. If the Broncos are smart and thats a big IF, they’d take timbow, teach him to throw, teach him how to QB, if not then teach him to be an H-back. Tim carries so much heart and soul into his game, people gravitate to it..Ask the players who play with him. Ask Champ Bailey. Ask the Broncos why they won that game yesterday. Pure “want to”. “I will not be denied”.

You need to keep this comment in context as in 1970 15 pts related to three scores/possessions. There was no “two-point conversion” in 1970, granted the AFL did have one prior to the 1970 merger that took place prior to the 1970 season.

Prior to the two pt conversion being brought back–1994, I believe–a final three minute 15 pt comeback in an NFL game would have equated to coming back from 17 pts down in the post 1994 era.

Oh good grief, what is the problem? That game was three hours of excruciating boredom and about 20 minutes of thrill. If nothing else, the guy puts on a great show … eventually.

No, Tim’s not a good quarterback, but he’s a terrific old-school football player. He’s fun to watch, and he doesn’t make an idiot of himself when the mics are on. His spiritual beliefs are his own business, but he’s not the only player who has a deeply felt faith. I don’t remember Reggie White or Kurt Warner getting all this hate. Some of you guys just can’t be satisfied. Either you’re complaining because players are shooting people in strip clubs or you’re complaining that they’re not. How about just sticking to the game?

I don’t doubt Tebow’s heart, the fact that he is a winner or that he can run the ball and make some of the throws that are required. That said, he isn’t an NFL caliber QB that is going to get consistent wins. Tebow would be perfect for the wildcat, but he isn’t going to win against good teams as a starting QB.

I love this kid, and a win’s a win. Playing like crap for 55 minutes and winning in the last 5 is better than vice versa. Keep him in the shotgun. Whatever works. He’s fun to watch because you never know what he’s going to do.

Now, granted, sports is the last place for religion and politics, but I’m glad this kid is open about everything he feels and doesn’t care what people think. You don’t see a lot of guys like that anymore, unless their loudmouth a-holes.

With all the hype of beating the Dolphins and all the talk that Tebo won the game you would think he won the Super Bowl or even metioned to go to the Pro Bowl. Denve fans really must be desperate and that is a shame for such a great fan base. You have crowned him the king and for what two or three passes and a run. How about the missed passes of over ten yards to a wide open receiver. Lets see it as it is, back up QB at the best. All this… has everyone motivated and is a winner. Did you not see him sitting on the bench not even talking to other QB’s or walking around with the raw raw raw pumping up players. It was not going on. You want future QB’s look at the Panthers and Bengals, look at their stats.

look Tebow haters. The broncos won. end of story. Tebow was their quarterback. At the end of the day the W is all that matters. We haven’t had alot of those lately. We never said Tebow was our Savior. We just want to win with somebody under center. Have a heart man.
