Somebody let notrelated know how the law of probability works.

The fact that he is 12-0 means there is a higher probability for a loss than a win.

Pats fans never cease to amaze me. They like to talk about "most" of our teams being roided up until it became against the rules but choose to ignore the fact that 1) only a couple of our offensive linemen said they took steroids and 2) every team--including the Pats--was roided up until it became against the rules. It's called an even playing field.

I've already got the part about the memo. People that don't get it aren't going to get it anymore than people are going to acknowledge that all teams were using steroids during that era. In the Pats' case, there probably are misunderstandings because that whole thing was so convoluted. But people know the Steelers weren't the only team taking steroids. But just as you did in your post, they pretend otherwise.

The Steelers Super Bowl roid wins preceded the 1980 ban and the Pats’ Super Bowl camera wins preceded Goodell’s memo. There is no question of legitimacy in either case.

Actually Goodell's memo was not an establishment of a new rule but a reminder of an existing rule that had been around for years. The same way that a lot of people consider HGH to be cheating right now, even if it isn't illegal (yet). I don't need the rules to catch up with what I know is wrong to not consider it cheating, because I'm not going to hide behind a technicality. Well, I have what fun I'm allowed, but for months the Gestapo have censored any attempt on my part to joke, demonstrate football knowledge, or comment on my own team unless I resubmit 20 times, complain incessantly to NBC, or manage to sneak in something when a respectful, professional adult moderator is on duty. @gimmeabruschi …

Read up on your NFL history before you start that Steelers-’n-Steroids bit again? It’s been well established that steroids were in common use by every team from the late 1960s until they were banned by the NFL in the late 1980s. And since they were used by players on every team, it was an even playing field.

Yeah, doofus asked for it with his “6 rings, no cheating” remark. But since I always post that the Pats didn’t get their championships from a video camera, it wouldn’t hurt you guys to take the high road, too.

He asked for it. He got it. I temporarily came down from the high road to deliver the nut shot he was begging for. It was an act of random kindness.

The Steelers Super Bowl roid wins preceded the 1980 ban and the Pats' Super Bowl camera wins preceded Goodell's memo. There is no question of legitimacy in either case.

I encourage you as well to exit the high road and to admonish with a hefty kick to the testes any unprovoked Pats' fan who would be so foolish as to attempt to besmirch the Steeler victories by bringing up roids.

@dcowboysfan : "your team (eagles) is a joke "..........The Eagles are 1 game behind Dallas and are gonna stomp Romo Sunday night .

@xtb3: They switched from the wide 9 to the more traditional 6 stance (on running downs) against a running team a held them to 42 rushing yards last week . It's early but know your facts .
Philly will still win the East , and after Sunday will be in 2nd place....Times ours , haters !!!

"The Broncos passing attack had two yards halfway through the fourth quarter last week"
--------------------------------------------
I am having a real hard time understanding the media hype behind this Tebow guy. They talk about him on ESPN, NFL Net, JRIB, heck even TMZ! Just a question for the peeps that watch the games which is you guys on here.... Am I missing something? This dude throws the worst football I have ever seen tossed by an individual older than 5. Every ball I saw him throw last week was a wobbly, bobbly, joke. Even "THE" couple he completed at the end of the game were a freakin joke.... So I ask what is the attraction???????
* Oh and prediction hmmmmm I predict that the Packers don't win this week. :)

Tom Brady, by no means owns the Steelers. He does not have 6 superbowl rings…The Rooney’s do though, and about to be 7!!
===================================

And how many of those rings came at Brady's expense?

Yeah, thought so.

Steelers fans here have accomplished the impossible. They make Pats fans look sympathetic.

I agree that it is getting tiring hearing about how the Redskins had regressed but I also agree that they probably weren't that good to begin with but was just able to make enough plays and even maybe outplay their opponents when they won those early games. But I think more people are now voicing their opinions with regards to their piling losses because quite a few considered them as "the team to beat" or "Super Bowl bound" when they won a few games even though it was early in the season. Again, this is most likely the only league where team standing and positions change within a week or two time period. I guess I can understand why the Skins fans got overexcited when they started the season with multiple wins considering they really have not had much success in prior seasons.

Over rated? Everyone except you seems to know that the Pats’ defense is their Achilles heal.

As for the age of the Pats’ defense, you’re 0 for 2. Other than a couple veterans on the D-Line, they have one of the youngest defenses in the NFL.

It’s better to remain silent and thought a fool….
