The Steelers defense has overwhelmed the Patriots offense so far on Sunday, but they might have to play the fourth quarter without their leading pass rusher.

LaMarr Woodley pulled up and grabbed his hamstring while rushing Tom Brady late in the third quarter. His return is being called questionable. While that’s unquestionably a big loss for a team already without linebackers James Harrison, Jason Worilds and James Farrior, the defense held after Woodley went out. Stephen Gostkowski put a field goal off the upright and the quarter ended with the Steelers ahead 20-10.

The Patriots have their work cut out for them, although Woodley’s absence could help their offense get on track for the first time all day. Woodley had two sacks in the first half for Pittsburgh.
