umm… the Vikes may well have tried out a dude named CJ Wilson, but not the CJ Wilson you’re linking to. That CJ Wilson is still an active member of the Packers’ roster. He’s been active every week and had a tackle against the Vikings in week 7.

CJ Wilson is an essential ingredient in the Packers’ alphabet soup — along with AJ Hawk, BJ Raji, DJ Smith, DJ Williams, and TJ Lang.

I wonder if Dan Snyder’s wife is aware that he is allowing the Redskins to give tryouts to guys who “allegedly” (ha ha ha ha) raped and impregnated a sleeping guest at his house?

I think she would cancel out of the next NFL apparel commercial if she finds out.

Although this article is really only about 5% about T.O., I think that he wasn’t given a tryout is the most valuable point made in it. I absolutely love the fact that T.O. and Randy Moss haven’t been brought back by any team(s) this year. Although they both probably have something left in the tank and there are teams that stand to gain something from their skills or “popularity”, it had to stop at some point. Hopefully this sends a message to all young players that a “cancer” in the locker room will only be tolerated so long, regardless of talent. My only hope is that the league will start blackballing guys like this earlier in their careers. It’s one thing to celebrate on the field like Ochocinco, and entirely another to create havoc behind the scenes like T.O.

Guys like Tiki Barber, Terrel Owens, Jamarcus Russell are learning the hard way that when you burn bridges, have a big mouth and act like an ahole you better have major skills to go along with the bs. Once those skills start to slip youll be long gone. Good riddance.

Redskins try out Perrish Cox because maybe they can use him before his trial. They ought to go get Chris Cook from the Vikes too, if he’s allowed to leave the state. He hasn’t been found guilty yet either. Long term downtrend: Redskins team culture. Why fight it?
