With the deadline for adding defensive end Brandon Graham to the active roster or shutting him down for the season looming, the Eagles have placed the 2010 first-round pick on the 53-man roster.
To create a space for Graham, the Eagles released guard Kyle DeVan.
Graham had three sacks in 13 games as a rookie. He suffered a torn ACL late in the season.
The Eagles elevated Graham from the physically unable to perform list on October 24.
