The Giants made a late addition to their injury report Saturday when wide receiver Mario Manningham showed up with a knee injury, raising some concern that they might be without both of their starting wideouts in San Francisco.

Hakeem Nicks, who missed last week’s game, was already questionable with a hamstring injury. Things went well for both men in pregame, though, because both of them are active. That means Eli Manning will have all of his targets on the field for what should be a very good game against the 49ers.

The Giants’ inactives are running back Ahmad Bradshaw, wide receiver Jerrel Jernigan, cornerback Prince Amukamara, fullback Henry Hynoski, offensive lineman Mitch Petrus, tackle James Brewer and defensive tackle Dwayne Hendricks.

Defensive end Ray McDonald returns for the 49ers after missing one game with a hamstring injury. There are no big surprises on the list of 49ers inactives, which includes quarterback Scott Tolzien, wide receiver Brett Swain, cornerback Shawntae Spencer, fullback Moran Norris, guard Daniel Kilgore, guard Mike Person and defensive tackle Ian Williams.
