Getty ImagesThe Broncos won’t have Knowshon Moreno for the rest of the season, but they should have their best running back available for Thursday night’s big game against the Jets.
Willis McGahee is on track to practice Tuesday despite his hamstring injury, according to Lindsay Jones of the Denver Post.
McGahee is expected to start against the Jets, with Lance Ball coming off the bench. Considering the Broncos’ run-first approach, McGahee’s availability would be a huge plus for their chances.

a game with two horrible quarterbacks, mediocre run games, and ok defenses. for once I’m not that upset that I don’t have NFL network.
@bearstillsuck: if ur saying Denver has a mediocre running game, then you are either ignorant or know nothing about football…
Or both.
Check the facts, Denver has the #2 rushing attack.
20-17 Denver.. Jets won’t be done crying over their loss from the mediocre Patriots..
Denver wins… They will run all over the Jets. They have the second best running game in the league, and the last I checked the Jets couldn’t stop the run.
Didn’t he play with a broken hand a week ago? He’ll be starting.
WHAT ABOUT CLADY
Should be interesting game. I think the denver running game will still roll but tebow will have to make throws on 3rd down. He will need to be very accurate because the revis and cromartie will be there to pick off mistakes. Also, if Andre Carter can get 4 sacks, I can’t wait to see what Von Miller does!
Oh, you mean the Tebow game?
This game is going to be a snoozer. Tebow will throw 5 passes and Sanchez will get picked 4 times and throw for 85 yards. Broncos win this one in a barn burner 3-2.
My lord and Savior has healed mcgahee for Thursday night and he can’t even bless me with me ability to throw a spiral-Tim Tebow
This will be interesting. will the jets show up? and will the broncos implement different plays this week for the offense? This has been so fun to watch and Thursday night will be no different.
