Dude, the Jets have some personnel issues but to say its because they should have Kept Jones is just plain moronic. The guy is much older than Greene plus he is the same exact type of player as Greene. Tomlinson adds a passing option out of the backfield unlike Greene, which adds another dimension. Jones doesnt bring that to the table. Let me guess, they should have also kept Woodhead?

If you actually think Revis got burned by Ocho Cinco on Sunday then you must have been high while watching the game!

I dont know about you, but I have a pretty good vision and it was pretty clear to anyone who watched the game that the Jets didnt have enough DB’s on that side of the field to cover the Patriots wideouts, so Revis started moving to the other side to get the attenion of at least one other DB to come to his side to take the pats receivers. By the time he returned to his spot, Brady already snapped the ball and Ocho was long gone. Thats rex’s fault, not Revis.

Even if we just ignored what we saw on tv, you think Revis would actually get burned by Ocho when he literally annihilated from games Roddy White, Steve Smith, Reggie Wayne, Andre Johnson *2. Calvin Johnson etc?

Although the other post about the ‘Hey what the hell’ offense for Tim Tebow, I almost dont want to root for the Jets. However, i think ill play Plaxico Burress and Santonio Holmes in my fantasy league I’m going to say just because but we all know I dont have anyone better. I wonder if the Jets have any other cornerbacks besides Revis.

Taken out by a 5’9″ 175 lb WR? How humiliating.

The only thing worse than that would be having a similar sized Julius Edelman acting as a CB take out Ladanian Tomlinson.

The Jets are experts at stockpiling excuses why they keep falling short of their coach’s guarantee of winning the Super Bowl.

Did anyone see the block Wes Welker put on Revis on Ochocinco’s long catch and run? TV never showed it but on the replays you can see Welker clean his clock. Probably where Revis got his owie.

Awww, Revis has a sore knee? Queue the excuses. It’s funny how he has a sore leg after he gets torched (Moss last year, Ochocinco this year).
Dude, you are the best DB in the league, and everyone agrees. You don’t have to fake an injury if you get beat once in a while. Even Champ Bailey got beat every now and then when he was the top of the DB pyramid. But he never made an excuse.

If Revis can’t play it won’t really matter. Instead of the 7 DB defense they tried against the Pats, the Jets need the 7 LB defense. They could even play that draft bust guy who shrunk from linebacker size to oversized safety size. He’d play the single high deep linebacker spot. The other 10 guys will be in the box. I can’t wait to see this game!

The New York Jets as a whole organization are “limited” this year by Rex Ryan.

Letting Thomas Jones go after a monster year scorned this team. I met him at pro-bowl that last year he was in NY. Cool guy, he said he knew his value to the team and that if they let him go they would regret it.
