How in the hell does that make John Schneider look like a fool?

Do you really think he said to himself “Gee…I just know my starting rookie RT is gonna tear his ACL in week 10, but ehhh……”

Injuries happen and no one knew he was gonna get hurt.

And as far as Locklear is concerned, you’re completely insane if you wanted him sticking around here with the way he just flat out whiffs on blocks!

He was part of the reason Matt Hasselbeck was indicted, when we all know (or at least real, knowlegeable football fans) Matt’s inconsistencies was a direct by-product of the horrible offensive line he was playing behind… with guys like Locklear manning it!

If anybody Schneider should have kept around longer I would say Rob Sims and maybe even Ray Willis. But it’s really negligible trying to consider them.

Um…. You see how many Packer players there were on IR last year? How did that turn out?

The Seahawks fortunes were not changed by these injuries. They stunk before these injuries don’t use injuries as excuses when its half way thru the season, and your season is already lost.

one silver lining is that pc acquired depth on the oline. dont get me wrong, I much rather would see our 1st rounder and moffit in there getting experience. minus the holding calls moffit and carpenter were finally gelling. luckily gallery has improved, unger is playing like a beast, and okung has been holding it down. mcquistan and jeanpierre have played solid when their number was called. seattle has a history of getting bit by the injury bug. pc and js acquired depth for that exact reason.

Our o line is cursed. Seriously. We have more injuries than any team ive heard of. Fanaika has been activated, do we resign Polumbus now?
This makes our GM schnieder look like a fool. Seahawks should have drafted Dalton. Resigned locklear for one year. Now we have a average qb (at best) , and no right tackle. Thanks

Both rookies gone for the season in a week. You couldn’t make it up. The win over the Ravens has come at a very high price with 5 concussions on top of this.

I hope I’m not triggering fate here, but in the year where my Packers are on fire, and look nearly unstoppable, it seems the rest of the NFL are experiencing what used to happen to the Packers every year for over 20 years. The NFL this last week has been hammered with injuries, starting QB’s out, multiple injuries per team, key injuries taking teams on the border to out of contention. It’s like a complete reverse of polarity – one I’ll gladly take.
