Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski got pretty excited after catching his second touchdown of the game on Sunday night and it’s going to cost him some cash.

Gronkowski was fined $7,500 for spiking the ball at Jets cornerback Donald Strickland while Strickland was sprawled out on the field after the touchdown. Gronkowski drew a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct on the play, giving the Jets a short field they used to briefly draw back within a touchdown before New England put the game away.

Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald got Gronkowski’s response to the fine. The tight end said that he’ll spike the ball even harder next time.
