The Titans are seeing what their rookie first-round quarterback can do, but not for the reasons they’d want.

Jake Locker is in at quarterback for Tennessee after starter Matt Hasselbeck left the game with what appeared to be an elbow or forearm injury. Hasselbeck was standing on the sideline with ice on his arm and doesn’t look like he’s going to return.

On his first drive, Locker threw a great 40-yard touchdown pass to Nate Washington, giving the Titans their first touchdown of the game.

Other than that, it’s been all Falcons today at the Georgia Dome, as the Titans’ offense hasn’t been able to get anything going. Chris Johnson has been absolutely terrible; with 12 minutes left in the game Johnson has 12 carries for 12 yards. Atlanta leads 23-10.
