PFT Live: Howard Eskin, playoff picture

Well, the Eagles season is really dead now.

Florio and Howard Eskin of WIP will take about coaches fighting, DeSean’s benching, and the fans’ chanting.

I’ll also jump on the horn to predict the playoff seedings for both conferences.

Watch the show live at noon ET.

No way I can stomach the Thursday night game between the Philly Overrateds and the Seahawks.

    Talk about Must Flee TV…

    Shouldn’t that be Must Flea?

Being a Cowboys fan I get great joy out of watching the Eagles who for years developed their own talent through the draft and had a great mix of players with McNabb, Westrbook, Brian Dawkins,….etc… And they always beat the Cowboys high paid free agents.

Now they tried to buy a championship, and Andy Reid is getting what he deserves. DeSean Jackson is a joke, Vick is made of glass, and they made an offensive coach their D-Coordinator.

It’s quiet and peaceful in Dallas compared to this fiasco. Jerry tried this last year and laid the road map on how to not put together a contender. Garrett is still cleaning up that mess.

We’re finally rid of Eskin on the airwaves in Philadelphia, and now you have to resurrect him here? You saw the Eagles game yesterday. We’ve suffered enough.

Funny thing is my eagles are awful and still smoked Dallas. Shoulda been 3 in a row if we didn’t start our 2 and 3 last year. And Philly will smoke Dallas again. Hopefully the cowgirls can beat the giants once. I hate the cowboys but not as much as the giants.

I kinda feel sorry for eagles fans til they open there mouths. The fact is Philly will never win a sb with fat Andy running the show. Any team trying to win a sb would have figured out by now Reid isn’t the one to get you there. He’ll win alot of games but never the one that matters. Enjoy that empty trophy case Philly fans!

    When was this?

actually the funny thing is that my cowboys DID beat the sheagles 3 times in one season in 2009 which included beating them in the playoffs. the highlight of every eagles fans season is beating dallas in philthadelphia….last time i checked you dont win a Superbowl trophy for that! thats why your team and city is pathetic! because you settle on petty grudge wins like that instead of looking at the bigger picture of actually winning a Superbowl trophy. so congratulations eagles fans, you beat dallas earlier this year….now enjoy being in last place in the division and one of the worst teams in football!

Don’t act like it doesn’t tear you up inside that such a lousy team was able to beat the snot out of your beloved Cowboys. They’ll go one and done in the playoffs with Romo at the helm. If they even make it.

the nfc east usually always splits their season series with other nfc east teams. while i dont like losing to the eagles all that matters is that dallas is in first and the sheagles are basement dwellers. so dont act like all the preseason “automatic Superbowl champion” hype now that the eagles are a complete embarrassment doesn’t bother you.

id rather lose to vick and mccoy on the road than lose to jon skelton and the Arizona cardinals at home!! that would tear me up!!

  13. cleverbob says: Nov 29, 2011 8:41 AM

Yes, it was brutal to sit in the stands and watch that debacle. But I take solace in the fact that the Reid regime is probably on the way out, and that Tony Romo is still the QB of the Cowboys.

  14. phillysuxbigd says: Nov 29, 2011 11:21 PM

you and every sheagles fan knows that Reid is going nowhere! and take solace in this….one quarterback is 7-4 this season, has 21 touchdown passes, 9 interceptions, 3026 yards, a QB rating of 97.5, and played through 2 broken ribs and a punctured lung…another quarterback is 3-6 this season, has 11 touchdowns, 11 interceptions, 2193 yards, a QB rating of 79.8, and is a punk diva that couldnt play through 2 broken ribs just like last year. Now, which one is Romo and which one is Vick??

  15. cleverbob says: Nov 30, 2011 9:42 AM

    1. Romo is an ok QB from September through November.

    2. Why am I even wasting my time responding to someone that thinks “sheagles” gets funnier the more you use it?

  16. phillysuxbigd says: Nov 30, 2011 7:09 PM

because youre an irrational “eagles” fan, just like all the others. i didnt realize you guys were so sensitive. i guess its someone’s time of the month.
