Sidney Rice has suffered two concussions in the span of three weeks.

The Seahawks have three days to prepare to play on Thursday night against the Eagles. It’s easy to see where this is going.

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll admitted there is a “very slim” chance Rice plays. Ben Obomanu should start in place of Rice, with Golden Tate getting more time according to Danny O’Neil of the Seattle Times.

Seattle is coming off perhaps its most disheartening loss of the year. It appeared they were making progress, but Tarvaris Jackson averaged 4.8 yards-per-attempt and the defense collapsed in the fourth quarter in a home loss to the Redskins.
