Actually they swapped 2nd round picks in 2010 and gave up a 3rd round pick in 2011 for him…wasn’t really that bad of a trade honestly. Had it panned out it would have been more than worth it. Barkley is going to depend on how much they would be willing to give up for him…if he is in deed the guy they are targeting and for sure want I’m pretty sure they can put together a sweet package to trade up for him.

sno-Whitehurst has shown that he CAN’T do better than an injured TJack.

Agree with QTown..season is over as far as playoffs are concerned..TJack needs to be shut down and get his injury taken of so he can come back next year to compete against the REAL QB of the future.

Let Charlie play out the string and see if he can show any improvement(pretty obvious PC doesn’t think so) or give Portis some reps to see if you have anything in him.

Right now, probably picking the top 10, with new salary scale, if the player they need isn’t there, could be a good time to stock some additional draft picks.

Injury bug in seattle?.whats new?

this is what I was worried about when we acquired rice. he was injury prone in minnesota. when healthy, hes a beast.again, WHEN hes healthy. obomanu is a underrated wr, and bmw has to step it up.

pete needs to bench tjax. seattles out of playoff contention, and tjaxs is obviously hurt. after every throw you could see him grimacing in pain. keeping him in for meaningless game is going to further his injury, and could very well cause more (maybe permanent) damage. I see people on here bash tavaris daily, but you cant deny the guy is tough. playing with a tore peck muscle with a patchwork oline is no easy feat.
