Thanks for stating the obvious after my tongue in cheek post. I don’t get a paycheck from the Eagles and am quite successful at what I do, so I don’t consider myself a choke artist. Do you base your own self worth on the accomplishments of a sports team that you follow?

For your information, there’s a lot of “good teams” in the playoffs.

and with the way San Fran’s offense played against a decent defense, I ain’t banking on them scoring more points than the Saints or Packers come playoff time.

I know the season hasn’t been too good for Bradford and us Rams, and instead of listing logical reasons as to why that is, here’s the real reason: Marshall Faulk is on the cover of the Madden 12 Hall of Fame edition, and has effectively cursed the whole team until next season.

1) Packers – Be worried ’72 Dolphins, very worried.
2) Patriots – Getting hot again.
3) Saints – Who dat gonna beat dem Saints?
4) Ravens – If they get HFA could be a Super season.
5) Steelers – Just continue to find ways to win.
6) 49ers – Still on pace for 13-3.
7) Raiders – Just keep winning, baby!
8) Cowboys – Might really get on a roll with their schedule.
9) Bengals – Dalton is the real deal.
10) Broncos – This team isn’t going away.
11) Bears – Should still make postseason even without Jay Cutler.
12) Falcons – Matty Ice leads the way

I can’t wait until Xmas Eve in GIANTS stadium.

Last week after beating the Bengals, the Ravens were begrugingly ranked at 6(3 spots behind the steelers whom they have not only beaten twice but were also on a bye that week). In fact it was even predicted here that “turkeys might not be the only birds getting stuffed on Thanksgiving”. Well as we all know that didn’t happen so you can imagine the dilemma. “How do we move the Ravens up with out dropping the precious steelers, even after their shakey win and bye?” The Pats and Saints won so we can’t move them. The answer, flip-flop the 9ers and Ravens…problem solved.

The 9ers should be 3 and the steelers 6.

Oh, and of course the Skins are 9 spots lower than the team they just beat on the road with the same record, a week after losing to Dallas in OT… but whatever.

However… I really want to know why/how the Steelers are ranked so high. The Steelers have lost to the Ravens twice (with week 1 being a blowout) and Houston.. and they’ve won against Seattle, Arizona, and Tennessee, and BARELY won against Indy (0-11), Jacksonville (3-8), Kansas City (4-7), Cincinnati (7-4), and New England (8-3), in a game where the Patriots played horribly and they should have blown them out of the water.
