As the Falcons try to stay in the chase for a playoff berth with a trip to face the Texans in Houston, the Falcons may not have two of their top offensive weapons.

Receiver Julio Jones (hamstring) and running back Michael Turner (groin) have missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

Jones has been dealing with a hamstring injury for most of the season. He played on Sunday against the Vikings, but he had no catches.

The Texans also are dealing with injuries, apart from the weekly season-ending broken bone suffered by a starting quarterback. Receiver Andre Johnson, who returned Sunday from a hamstring injury, has been limited in practice with a knee injury. Also, fullback Lawrence Vickers, who missed last weekend’s game with a hamstring injury, hasn’t practiced this week, either.
