Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon says he’ll be done with college football after the Fiesta Bowl.

Blackmon, who’s widely regarded as the top receiver prospect in the 2012 NFL draft, confirmed to that he expects to declare for the draft in January.

I think it’s just time,” Blackmon said. “It’s that time to go. I came back last year to win a Big 12 championship, set us up for a BCS bowl and I think we did that.”

Blackmon, who had 113 catches for 1,337 yards and 15 touchdowns this season, is one of two Top 10 talents who have declared that the Fiesta Bowl will be their last game. Oklahoma State’s opponent is Stanford, whose quarterback Andrew Luck also said this week that he’s going pro.

Tampa Bay could use him. Regis Benn is a bust and Mike Williams is a #2 WR

A couple years ago when Gundy said he was better than Den Bryant, I thought he was crazy. But now looking back he is better and he is smarter.

Not that I want to see him in the NFC West, but this guy has “Rams” written all over him.

Don’t cause attention at shopping malls and don’t spend your money on bling like the OSU receiver we’re all thinking of.

    Good luck in the pros.

No brainer dont think the college money is as much as the pro money unless ,you play at USC

  18. clownsfan says: Dec 8, 2011 10:54 AM

I’d lobby for my Clowns to draft him but we need a QB first & foremost. Barkley or RG3 please. Oh, some young OLmen would help a lot too.

  19. tjacks7 says: Dec 8, 2011 10:59 AM

Would look good on the Vikes.

    1. Kalil or Blackmon
    1a. Trade down

  20. texansdude says: Dec 8, 2011 11:14 AM

    Standard form for your team:

Oh, man! My _______ could really use this guy!

  21. Andre's Johnson says: Dec 8, 2011 11:18 AM

It’s time for the Texans to get another high-caliber WR. I’d love to see this guy in Houston, but he’ll be gone by the 32nd pick.

  22. oldbyrd says: Dec 8, 2011 11:18 AM

get him Eagles….D Jackson will never be the same

  23. FANof28 says: Dec 8, 2011 11:45 AM

I would like to see him with the Vikings since we need a reciever in the worst of ways. But I think we need to trade down and pretty much get a whole new offensive line too. Too many holes on this team to deadlock using a top 5 pick on this guy. Very talented though. Maybe he could be a new Randy Moss. Minus the running over woman and squirting refs with a water bottle…Straight cash homie

Can someone explain to me how this kid isnt in the running for the Heisman??? This kid is AWESOME!

  25. barroomhero80 says: Dec 8, 2011 12:28 PM

  26. fittytuckin says: Dec 8, 2011 12:31 PM

    @Andre’s Johnson
Exactly. Excluding Dre and the tight ends we have a below average receiving corps

Can the Lions draft him? I miss watching our #1 pick be a receiver every year.

This Packer fan thinks Flynn would be a great pick up for the Skins. He’s already played on the big stage in college winning a National Championship with LSU.

He had plenty of time to develop benind Rodgers in Green Bay. He is going to be a starter in this league. He not only learned from his qb coach, he learned from McCarthy and has worked very well with Rodgers.

I doubt a trade like this would ever happen but what would you think if the Packers offered Flynn and their 1st for Orakpo this coming offseason? I think the trade would be great for both teams. Packers would be picking up their much needed starting OLB opposite Clay and the Skins would get their franchise qb a well as a top 32 talent at a low salary. They’d still have their top 10 projected pick to invest in the team as well.
