As for TW and FD, that is the perfect way to end a perfect season. Wow. With the Giants game, depending on the outcome of this weekend, they could have played spoiler. Winning against division rivals, even when the season is lost, is a small positive heading into the next season. If you want to see one of the reasons the Skins beat the Giants in week one, look at the numbers Davis posted. He was also their leading receiver when they lost to Philly a few weeks later. Also, they are facing three aggressive pass rushes with NY, Minny, and Philly coming in and they lost their best O lineman. I understand there’s no way the Skins can make the playoffs, but the press seems to underestimating the potential severity of the team losing these two particular players.
