At 6-6, the Giants are currently on the outside looking in at the NFC playoff picture. But with two games against the NFC East-leading Cowboys remaining, the Giants have a simple situation: Sweep the Cowboys and win either one of their other two remaining games, and they win the division.

For Giants guard Chris Snee, that all translates to this: Start playing like it’s the playoffs now.

Yeah, our playoffs start now,” Snee told the New York Daily News. “That’s how we have to look at it. We know what’s at stake. Everyone’s aware of what’s going on and the circumstance we put ourselves in by not being able to win some of these games. But heads are up. We’re not down by any means. We know that we’re still in it.”

Snee is right: The Giants are absolutely still in it. That changes dramatically, however, if they don’t beat the Cowboys on Sunday night.
