On Dez Bryant as a footnote for the Cowboys:
This and this alone reflects the Cowboys’ problem on offense. The real problem is Romo’s “psuedo” successful season that’s masking an inefficient and ineffective offense. Romo puts up great statistics but it doesn’t reflect the use of his playmakers! Witten with 3 catches for 12 yards? Dez with 1 catch? Game and game again proves that throwing to a loosely covered Robinson (and other backups) looks fantastic in the stat sheet but doesn’t translate into wins. Because of this, the Cowboys’ offense never opens up and never blows teams away. And the Cowboys repeated this experienced this again with the same results.

“Sunday’s second half was a reminder that Panthers QB Cam Newton still has room to improve.”

So what you’re saying is Cam needs to get on “Cam’s level” as he so eloquently told his teammates?

Well look at it this way, at least the correct coach iced Dan Bailey this time.

Brandon Browner just needs some more adjustment time to get rid of that penalty problem. It’s probably a bit more difficult from him coming from the CFL, since I believe DBs are actually still allowed to play defense there.
