Actually, us here in Baltimore have sold out every game in our existence over the past 16 years.

Ergo the 1/3 or so the Chargers would sell to AEG would nicely cover the Estate Tax that will be due when patriarch Alex Spanos passes away. The son/current team overseer – Trust Baby Dean – and the other heirs will then be in a new stadium, with the value of the franchise going up by 50% to say $1.5 Billion.

They would also get a lot more cash flow than they would get here in San Diego – PLUS – they don’t have to invest the $300 million they get for selling part of the club – as they would have to do here in San Diego for a new stadium.
