Naah, the Cowboys just have to beat the Giants to win the division. The Eagles game really doesn’t matter unless the Giants lose to the Jets, in which case the Cowboys can lock up the division a week early by beating the Eagles. In that case, the Giants game wouldn’t matter.

I circled that game against the Giants in August. I hate them both and prayed that the game would mean something for both teams. It does. The Giants are done with a loss and the Jets possibly finished as well.

The Eagles have to win out, hope the Giants lose to the Jets AND beat Dallas, then hope the Seabags and Cards lose both of their final two games in order to even be looking at the FIFTH tiebreaker down the line.

The Giants aren’t done unless they lose to Dallas, who could very well lose to Philly next week.

The Jets hold the tiebreaker over Cincinnati and San Diego if the Broncos lose out and the Raiders fail to do more than split their final two.

Glad we don’t get our tiebreaker scenarios from you.

So to be clear, we’re talking about a guy that pulled himself out of a game because he got a bruise on his *non-throwing* hand, which launched the Eagles into full excuse mode, complete with a hard cast to cover up how injured the BRUISED hand actually wasn’t?

Get real. Vick quit a long time ago. He’s desperately trying to save his job right now, just like Andy. They will probably succeed in saving their jobs because Moe Banner, Larry Roseman and Curly Lurie are playing fantasy football (and Asante Samuel agrees, by the way), but they’re not making the playoffs. They have no heart and they need too much help.

Hated rival loses, my team’s former DC keeps GB from breaking his former team’s win streak , and best of all the Pats bow up with mental and physical toughness and finally win in Denver.

I hope the nail goes in the coffin soon. All the Eagle fans are coming back out from hiding. We haven’t really seen them since they beat Dallas. But now that they have a .93% chance of making the playoffs, all of a sudden they’re drawing comparisons to Green Bay.
