I didn’t see anything about this being a Saints site for one. For two there is just as much crap from other people. I saw this article thru Vikings Edition of the bleacher report. Are you maybe in the wrong section? By the way, not all of us are ignorant or into whining. As far as being a Viking fan, I am NOT pathetic! I happen to be loyal to me team whatever the circumstances. I don’t remember too many Saints fans like that. Seems there was a lot jumping on the old band wagon once they started doing something.

The Saints won the sb because they went to Miami and took it from the unbeatable Colts. The vikings gave them nothing.

Tad bit delusional, no? Saints FORCED turnovers. Well, except the one where Harvin was all by himself and fumbled the ball. Maybe he was scared to get hit again. That season, the Saints were among the league leaders in forcing turnovers, it was the basis for our defensive success, so, I don’t think, well, I know the Vikes didn’t hand us anything. Like the honey badger, we took what we wanted. This is the difference between Saints and Vikes fans. We went to a terrible Seattle team in the playoffs last year and got whupped. We don’t say we handed anything to Seattle. They beat us. Even though we were down to signing RBs two days before the game because we had 6 on IR, Malcolm Jenkins was out, etc. They beat us. End of story. Sooner Vikes fans can get to that point in their lives, the sooner they can come closer to not being laughingstocks.

And please, it’s patently false the Saints have been “dirty for years.” Got any proof besides us constantly whipping the Vikings? Didn’t Brian Robison nutshot somebody? Vikings been dirty for years. See how that works? There is no media love still coming from Katrina. Get over it. At some point y’all gotta stop being victims. But probably not. Gotta be pretty depressing to live in Minnesota.

And by the way, the phrase Geaux Saints is a play on words and a reference to the heritage of New Orleans. Something that is clearly lost on you. I was under the impression that the Packers fans were a cut above most others, but you are proving me wrong and your vituperative reaction clearly shows just how scared you are of facing the Saints again. If the Saints face the Packers again, it will be Saints 56, Packers 31. You can write it down.

The Packers defense is awful and getting worse every week, not better. And you know it.

The Saints have been a dirty team for years but have been under the radar because they’ve become the darlings of the media since Katrina. Yes, it was disastrous and tragic and congrats on cleaning up and rebuilding (with a whole lot of help from the rest of the country). And I think anyone who wishes for another Katrina, or any other disaster, is a moron.

The thing is, I can’t even blame NO for the media love affair. The media itself is to blame; it seems they can’t just let go and move on. In the years since Katrina (and it has been years), the world has continued to turn on its axis and life has continued to go on. It’s time for the media to do the same and stop handling NO with kid gloves, in and outside of football.

I see why other NFC North teams laugh at Vikings fans. They’re pathetic. Whine and cry, cry and whine. Guess that’s how they got so many lakes. But that class is showing through. Here’s a newsflash: Our entire city was wiped off the map by Katrina and we STILL won a Superbowl before the crying Vikings and their whiney fanbase. Ouch.

Your saints are a joke. Remember, whoever wants to go to the SuperBowl will be going thru Green Bay. And there’s no way your pansy saints team will walk into Green Bay in January and win. The Niners are the only team in the NFC that has a chance to even compete. That’s because they have a defense and running game.
