sbxxix, you can’t keep a coach on the staff after firing him, that makes no sense at all. You get rid of him, you get rid of him, that’s it. New coach fine, but then you get the new coaching staff to go with it. How would you like it if you got demoted but someone else fills your old job? Never happen. Norv is good X’s and O’s guy, but you can’t have it all, won’t happen.

Right now it’s win win if you’re a Charger fan. On one hand, making the playoffs obviously would be a reason to celebrate. On the other hand, if we don’t make the playoffs, we get rid of AJ and Norv… I personally think we should fire AJ Smith and demote Norv to Offensive Cordinator and try to bring in a guy like Fisher in town.
