Ever since Rush Limbaugh said that McNabb would never be a good quarterback because he is black, people in this country, especially those of a certain elephant political party, feel that is is perfectly acceptable to racially slur McNabb. No one can possibly be shocked that the black quarterback is being blamed instead of the white coach. If McNabb were white, he would be praised every day for his working in developing Ponder, ignoring at Ponder has been erratic at best. It is really no different than how the last two presidents were treated. For obvious reasons, the last one got a pass on everything while the current one os blamed for everything.

Rush Limbaugh said: “The NFL is desirous to have a great black Quarterback”….and he was absolutely correct in that statement. His point was that because of the NFLs desire to have a great black QB, that maybe McNabb was not quite as good as all the hype the NFL lavished upon him. Rush Limbaugh was absolutely right about this. It should also be noted that this is the very same desire which propels the NFL to continue with the “Rooney Rule” which mandates blacks be interviewed for every head coaching vacancy…… and it is also this very same desire we see of our government and many private institutions to implement Affirmative Action hiring programs which reject caucasians in favor of lesser qualified minority candidates because of their skin color. They refer to this race-based policy as “Social Justice”. I called it Racial Discrimination.

As for the defense being lousy might be a factor of your top 5 DBs being on IR and a 6th being day-to-day.

McNabb sucked and everyone knew it. Was he the fault of the poor season? Partially but there is plenty of blame to go around.

no, but he was the quarterback who couldn’t convert a third down to keep the defense fresh and off the field. i don’t see why Musgrave should take the blame for McNabb’s performance. Frazier is the guy who pushed hard to trade for him and got his way.

This Vikings season can’t be blamed on McNothing. The O-Line has been going back wards for at least 3 years. You have no WRs that strike fear in anyone, and that includes Migraine boy. Your secondary is a joke. This team has bigger holes then Paris Hilton. McNothing isn’t the reason they suck, the GM is. Trade J.Allen for all that you can and hire a new GM.

Any serious football fan knew there would be teams that would struggle with zero offseason. MN was obviously one of the most likely franchises:
-New head coach (1st time head coach)
-New staff
-New QB

A clear recipe for disaster. Throw in a QB change to a rookie and injuries/benching of an already uber -weak secondary……now you have a lottery team.

Any new coach should get a chance to have an off-season. D coordinator….gone. Zygi should let Frazier have next year and if it fails, he can get his star Coach/GM
