WOW if this doen’t show fans that the five positons for testing is so lame. This shows that these players are scared as well as union that many players aee going to be caught and not playing.

This kind of proposal means that the NFLPA has no intention of allowing the meaningful HGH testing that they agreed to in the CBA. If I was the NFL I would completely reject the proposal. Only the rules now used under the PED policy is acceptable.

If the union had its way they would be no testing and as long as they get the bucks from the athletes they all could die as soon as they retire.
